Return Conditions To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in the same condition that you received them.

Personalized or custom-engraved coins are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
The Process

Initiate: Email us at support@ironlegacy.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Ship: Once approved, mail your item to our designated return center. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged).

Refund: After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, reach out to our support team.
Cancellations Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered the "Forced/Forged" stage (processing), it cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery.
